VPK students created imagination paintings for their art books while first graders continued their patriotism unit. They looked at Washington Crossing the Delaware by artist Emanuel Leutze and the American flag art series by Erni Vales. They painted flags blowing in the wind as the video, American Flag Waving in the Wind, played in the background.
Art club shared the gospel with classmates through art like missionary women use henna to illustrate Bible stories and share the Gospel in parts of Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
